RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Conditions for Return/Replacement of Products:

Wrong Product Delivered
Defective/Damaged Product Delivered
Expired Product Delivered

The Return product must be unused and in its original condition with all the labels, packaging and invoice. Opened/Used/Altered products are not acceptable for Return and Replacement.

In case of above given condition, Please write an email for Return/ Replacement Request with the image of damaged/ defective/ wrong expired product on [email protected] within 2 days from the date of delivery.

The Return/Replacement request generated after 2 days from the date of delivery could not be accepted.

After receiving the product by RAYNASNEST TEAM, Will check the product and verify it with the given concern, if it’s genuine then Replacement / Return will be initiate.(Please give us 2 working days for this process)

The Refund would be initiate within 3 working days.
